With the venues' authorisation, criminal forensic expert Adriano Vallim takes down the wi-fi signal at a bakery and a restaurant and creates a network with the same name, obtaining credentials from connected customers within minutes. He explains how such data could feed fraud against the victim's contacts and recommends avoiding open networks away from home.
