The video is part of expert report number 249/02, dated 25 September 2024, and reproduces step by step how the WhatsApp messages submitted as PDF files by a candidate for mayor of Itapetininga were forged. Using four devices, Adriano Vallim demonstrates the creation of the group, the switching of photos, contact names saved in the address book and identification colours, until he reaches the same result as the disputed screenshots. The demonstration supports the forensic conclusion of fraud and explains why, in this type of case, the traces are identifiable without access to the original file.
