Technical video demonstrating that photographs of a screen or screen captures cannot serve as evidence without forensic collection and preservation of the digital evidence. Using a bank's electronic bidding system as the setting, information on the best offer, the bid amount and the time of receipt is altered in real time, and the screen is then photographed, showing that the image metadata does not allow prior editing to be detected. The procedures are carried out and narrated by forensic expert Adriano Vallim, who links the situation to the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine.
